1. Class must be paid for in advance. (No exceptions)
Accepted forms of payment: mastercard, visa, cash, check. Please note there is a 5% handling fee for all credit card charges.
2. Class cards must be presented and "punched" prior to each class.
In the event that your card is not with you, you must pay for class with an alternate form of payment. No
credit will be extended.
3. Student must sign-in for every class prior to entering class.
4. Students arriving late for class must follow sign-in and payment requirements.
